AT COCORICO NURSERY, WE ARE COMMITTED TO WORKING & COMMUNICATING WITH PARENTS. AN HONEST FACE-TO-FACE CONVERSATION AND FOLLOW UP IS ALWAYS GOOD & USEFUL. THERE IS NO SUBSTITUTE FOR A GOOD RELATION BETWEEN YOU, THE TEACHER, AND THE DIRECTOR.
Whenever you feel like discussing a matter related to your child, please feel free to address the teacher or the director. We would also be happy to schedule a meeting if needed.
Of course, at all times we will keep you updated with your child's progress. For twos and over, a portfolio of your child's work will be sent with him at the end of each month together with a letter that explains in detail what we have focused on learning during the month. Every three months, the parents will receive an assessment of their child's development and progress.
Furthermore, a "MY DAY" sheet from the teacher is sent home each day. It includes information on your child's mood, his napping, eating, toileting, and the activities he participated in.
