From infancy to preschool, children learn best when learning is engaging. Our curricula are based on age-appropriate learning objectives, which are used to create themes and lesson plans. Each of our programs has its own curriculum designed to keep your child on the right pace for his development, and prepare him for the next stage.
We strongly believe in John Dewey’s philosophy of progressive education which emphasizes hands on learning and the importance of critical thinking and social skills. All children are encouraged to join in activities such as gym time, circle time, reading time, fun outdoor play, playdooh, music and art projects... Our teachers work with children on language and literacy skills, letters and sound recognition, counting, sorting and categorizing, discovery and math, science and social skills through fun stimulating activities. We also focus on large gross motor movements that should be present at each age, and fine motor skills that lead to successful writing and manipulation of small objects, and the self-help skills that ensure your child's necessary independence and basic health and fitness ideas.
In addition to that, our children engage in creative and unique art activities (visual/ tactile/ music/ dramatic activities) that foster self-expression.
A schedule is set to create a structure and routine that the children can feel comfort and stability in. Group activities together with free play keep the children engaged, yet not feeling overwhelmed with structure.
